Cathy is a principal and the assurance service practice leader for Frost & Company. Cathy's industry experience includes over 28 years of experience providing assurance and consulting services to public and privately held businesses in a variety industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional services, retail and financial services.  Cathy was previously with a national firm where she led the assurance department for the Pacific Northwest of Northern California.

Experience
As principal in charge of the tax department at Frost & Company, P.S. Tony's work is a mixture of supervising staff and performing high level business and tax planning and consulting. He has been with the firm since its inception in 1981, and had seven years of experience prior to that.

Tony enjoys working with each of his clients to help them develop their long-term strategies for wealth accumulation, unravel the intricacies of tax law and regulations for their benefit and plan for the growth and succession of their businesses.

Tony's work consists of small business consulting, representation of clients in IRS audits, refund claim filing, offers in compromise and other negotiations, personal estate and retirement planning, qualified retirement plan design and administration and income tax preparation of all types.
