Jane Offutt, Manager

Experience Jane joined Frost & Company in 1997, and had combined accounting experience of twenty-two years in private and public sectors prior to that. She has developed an excellent technical foundation in accounting with an understanding and thorough knowledge of accounting principles. Jane is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and has extensive knowledge of numerous other PC based software packages as well.

• Setup and implementation of accounting software
• Training and education of clients and their personnel
• Analyze accounting systems and processes to identify problems and required software enhancements
• Provide transitional support to clients during accounting personnel changes including training of new employees
• Operate multiple accounting software applications. Access on-site or remotely using packaged or custom software including AccPac, Peachtree and QuickBooks
• Analyze, develop and review policies and procedures to establish proper internal controls for clients
• Represent clients during audits by regulatory agencies
