Andrew Springer, CPA

Andrew Springer, CPASince 2018, Andrew has been a valuable member of the Frost & Company, PLLC team. In his capacity as Tax Manager, he specializes in real estate, mergers & acquisitions, and partnerships. He has experience guiding clients in selecting Qualified Opportunity Zone investments and has been instrumental in helping restructure businesses in order to reduce tax burdens. Prior to joining Frost & Company, Andrew spent 2.5 years with Dwyer Pemberton & Coulson and three years with RSM.

A dedicated and honest professional, Andrew has a true passion for helping people. In his daily life, he seeks to emulate his favorite quote, “Work smarter, not harder.” Andrew tends to under promise and over deliver, which results in a lot of happy clients. He loves to find new ways to do things that make the work easier for everyone involved. Andrew chose to pursue a career in accounting because of his love of numbers and desire to help businesses grow. He attributes his success in the field to a combination of a joy for helping others and his eidetic memory.

Raised in Federal Way, Washington, Andrew’s father was a Seattle police officer and his mother was a teacher. Andrew currently lives in Tacoma with his fiancée, Kim; together they have two “fur kids”—a black cat named Lilly and a two-year-old Aussie Pomeranian mix named Rex. Kim and Andrew are planning their wedding for the fall of 2019. Outside of the office, Andrews interest include traveling (he’s been to four out of seven continents!), trying new foods, golfing, snowboarding, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.
