Since 1999, David has been an integral member of the Frost & Company, PLLC team. He served as both Tax Staff Manager and Tax Partner before stepping into his current role. As Managing Partner & CEO, David is responsible for firm oversight and planning. He specializes in helping high net worth clients analyze and comply with complex tax issues in a thorough and timely manner. Prior to joining Frost & Company, PLLC, David spent five years as Tax Staff with Knight, Vale & Gregory.
A calm and thoughtful professional, David’s teammates and clients alike appreciate his ability to listen carefully and provide advice that is consistent and specific. He is very intentional about putting complex situations into understandable terms for his clients. David didn’t set out to pursue a career in accounting; rather he explains that he “just kind of fell into it during college.” Throughout his education and his career, David simply followed the example that his hardworking parents set for him—a factor to which he attributes his impressive success.
Raised in Tacoma, Washington, David and his wife of 28 years, Amy, currently live in Shelton. Together they have two adult children, Grace and Henry. Outside of the office, David’s hobbies include boating, gardening, and travel.
