A member of the Frost & Company, PLLC team since 2019, Scott currently serves as a Principal. Scott has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting working with real estate investors, professional services firms, and manufacturers. Scott advises on corporate and partnership taxation, including business acquisitions and dispositions, partnership structure and allocations, equity-based compensation, and planning for tax implications affecting entity owners and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining Frost & Company, Scott spent twenty years with a national accounting firm where he was the ASC 740 practice leader in the Northwest. Scott has served on the board of directors for Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity for many years. Raised in Tacoma, Washington, Scott currently lives in Gig Harbor.
