We are currently recruiting for an Assurance Senior. You will be responsible for completing client engagements, while developing strong working relationships with clients built around understanding their businesses and challenges. As an assurance professional, you will work all aspects of engagements, participate in continuing education, and continue to get the necessary on-the-job training to grow professionally.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA highly desired
- 2-7 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
- The ability to work independently and enjoy interacting with clients
- The ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit-related software

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Senior Tax Associate. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate can be located in either our Lacey or Tacoma locations. We serve a wide variety of clients in the South Puget Sound area that are mainly closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals with complex tax situations. We provide planning, consulting and compliance services in a comprehensive fashion to these clients.
The successful candidate will have:
- Four years or more experience in a public accounting firm
- BA/BS in accounting
- A desire to learn and be challenged
- CPA designation
- Experience preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Desire a career not a job
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
